Order Processing & Quality Assurance

At SABR Watches, every timepiece is treated with the utmost care. Before dispatch, your order undergoes a meticulous final horological inspection and secure packaging process. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing. Processing periods do not include weekends or recognized global holidays. You will receive a formal confirmation email containing your tracking itinerary the moment your acquisition has been entrusted to our courier partners.

Estimated Transit Times

We partner with premium global logistics networks to ensure your timepiece reaches you securely, no matter where you are in the world. Our standard transit time ranges between 5 to 17 business days following the completion of the processing period.

Delivery Estimations & External Circumstances

Please be advised that the aforementioned processing and transit timeframes are estimations rather than strict guarantees. While our timepieces frequently arrive ahead of schedule, delivery windows can occasionally be extended due to circumstances entirely beyond our immediate control. Unforeseen variables such as international customs processing delays, severe weather events, seasonal carrier volume, or regional logistical disruptions may influence the final arrival date of your order.

Order Tracking & Visibility

Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. This allows you to monitor your timepiece’s journey in real-time. Please allow up to 48 hours for the courier's online tracking portal to update with the initial transit scans.

Customs, Duties, and International Taxes

Depending on your delivery destination, your order may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or carrier brokerage fees upon arrival in your local jurisdiction. SABR Watches (operated by CASABLANCAN LLC) does not collect these fees at checkout. The client assumes full responsibility for any applicable border tariffs or taxes required to clear customs.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Security

To ensure a seamless delivery experience, please verify that your shipping address is entered comprehensively and accurately at checkout. SABR Watches cannot assume liability for timepieces dispatched to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the client, nor for parcels that are officially marked as "Delivered" by the courier but subsequently reported lost or stolen from the destination premises.
